Hello Friend!
If you're here, I'm guessing you're curious to know about me.
Let me give you a quick run down:
My name is Victoria, located in Dayton, OH but Middletown is what I call home. I am a slightly potty-mouthed, caffeine addict with a plant and thrifting problem.
I guess you could say I've been at this whole photography thing for a while. I designated myself the family photographer at a young age when I couldn't handle my grandmother managing to cut off everyone's heads in an otherwise perfectly good picture. I often find myself wondering why my grandmother paid to have all of those negatives developed. She had copies made - one set for me, and one set for her. Now I see that she was allowing me to create. And here I am, 20 years later, camera still in-hand and creating.
In 2012, I decided to take my love of photography a little further and I became a certified Lifetouch Photographer. A year or so after that, I started Moments Remembered Photography, which has since morphed into Victoria Wooton Photography, and I have not looked back.
I think the old adage goes "if you do what you love you'll never work a day in your life". I don't know if that's true - I work really hard, but the end results are so rewarding and worth every second that I put into it. This line of work allows me to romanticize the amount of hard work that I put in because of the ability to touch other peoples lives and to create memories and art for them.
Sooo, now that we've got that over with, lets talk about what's next!
